Assoc. Prof Remi Ayoko

Associate Professor of Management, University of Queensland Business School (UQBS). Convener and Co-lead of the Next Generation of Workspaces Research Network (a UQ initiative)

Oluremi (Remi) is an Associate Professor of Management in the UQ Business School at the University of Queensland, Australia. She has led the Management Discipline of the UQ Business School. She is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and the Convener/Co-Leader of the Next Generation of Workspaces Research Network (A UQ initiative).

Remi's principal research interests include the physical work environment (including workspaces such as open-plan offices), employee territoriality, conflict management, emotions, leadership, diversity, and teamwork.

Remi is an award-winning researcher and has published in reputable journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior (JOB), Organization Studies (OS), Applied Psychology: An International Review (APIR), International Journal of Conflict Management (IJCM), Sustainability Journal, Journal of Business Research and Journal of Business Ethics (JBE). She has written many book chapters and co-edited a Handbook of Conflict Management Research (Edward Edgar Publishers) and Organizational Behavior and the Physical Environment (Routledge).

Remi is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management & Organization (JMO) and on several journal Editorial Boards.
