In recent years Murray has worked with a wide variety of organisations (over 100) in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region to analyse, develop, design, conduct and evaluate programs for the development of business and project management staff of public and private sector organisations. Most organisations have been undertaking significant business re-engineering and have relied on organisational and professional development programs to facilitate change. Murray has managed and consulted in a diverse range of projects including training systems, organisational change and international infrastructure and aid projects. He has specialised in developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators for business and managerial performance in the project/contracting context to establish ROI and benefits realisation, specialising at the steering committee/executive management level. He has also created a Competency Based Training and Assessment System (including Online,  blended learning and coaching) for professional development in project, program and portfolio management (P3M). His recent Doctoral studies include the development of a next generation model for organisational improvement in P3M, which is the topic of today’s presentation.
